Rooftop Roses is a project by The Beautiful Bunch. We are a not-for-profit social enterprise and registered charity. We exist to provide paid training and employment opportunities to young women from refugee backgrounds marginalised from the mainstream workforce. Over 80% of the young women in our program have not had a job prior to joining us, and the sisterhood, support and skills we provide are crucial to their working life and wellbeing.
